4. Attendance Policy
4.1 Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in-person at the clinic. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
4.2. Appointment Confirmation Policy
All guests will receive a text confirmation 48 hours prior to their appointment. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, you risk your appointment being pushed back to accommodate other guests. However, no fee will be charged.
4.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other guests.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will be charged the full cost of the service, billed to the card on file.
- VIP Membership Guests: A missed monthly facial will be forfeited. However, you may reschedule within the same month for an additional $150 fee, payable before rebooking.
- Package Guests: Cancellations or reschedules will incur a $150 fee, charged to the card on file.
- Declined Payments: If your card is declined, a $20 fee will be applied, and all outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments.
4.4 Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $50 late fee will apply, and your service time will be shortened accordingly.
- If you prefer not to have a shortened service, you will still be charged the $50 late fee and will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
4.5 No-Show Policy
- If you no-call/no-show, a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.
- VIP members and package holders will also be subject to the $150 no-show fee for failing to cancel within the 48-hour window.
4.6 Photo/Video Release Authorization
For the purposes of documenting results, education, and marketing, Gizel Atlanta may take photographs or videos before, during, and after your treatment.
By signing below or receiving services, you:
- Authorize Gizel Atlanta and its affiliates to take before and after photographs/videos.
- Grant permission for the use of such media for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes on platforms such as our website, social media, brochures, or advertisements.
- Understand that your identity will remain confidential unless you have given explicit consent to disclose your name or other identifying details.
If you prefer to opt out, please inform us in writing prior to your appointment.
5. Guest Financial Responsibility Agreement
By receiving services from Gizel Atlanta, you agree to the following:
5.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (for eligible services), and approved financing options (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit). 5.2 Returns Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused skincare products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our team at guests@gizelatlanta.com or call us at 770-609-8369 to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund processing times may vary.
5.3 Refund Policy
All services, treatment packages, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
In the case of dissatisfaction or adverse reactions, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate next steps, which may include a correction session at no charge.
Please note: Gizel Atlanta does not issue refunds for aesthetic services, and individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
5.4 Promotions and Packages
Discounts, packages, and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
All packages and gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
6. Medical Disclosure & Consent
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to any service. Gizel Atlanta reserves the right to decline or modify services based on your health history to ensure your safety. All treatments require informed consent, which must be signed prior to receiving any aesthetic procedure.
7. Minors Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive most aesthetic treatments. Minors may be eligible for select services with parental consent and presence at the time of service.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Gizel Atlanta reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, suspected under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or failing to comply with clinic policies.
9. Content Management
Gizel Atlanta reserves the right to edit, remove, or modify any content posted on our website or newsletters at our sole discretion and without notice.
